What fancy brush? Fan tailed? I like the spirals....adds to the festivities!
John Wills replied:
The body, arms, and legs are created with a special "outline" brush which creates the fabric-like appearance. Slightest movement or adjustment can make a huge jaggie that you may or may not want. The spirals are abstract fire balls since this is the sun face doing a sun dance. :)
